Return Policy

At Crowe's® Candle Company, we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive damaged or unusable products please contact us, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. We will provide you instructions on how to return your purchase.

To receive a full refund, you must return your candles within 30 days of purchase or 10 days for seasonally released candles. We must receive your product(s) in new condition, completely unused, and in the original packaging. You cannot return burned candles unless previously provided a return authorization number. Crowe's® Candle Company will post credit to your credit card account or issue a refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.

Customers are responsible, not Crowe's® Candle Company, for shipping charges incurred for returns. Purchasing shipping insurance does help to ensure we receive your returned item(s).
